Built in 1990, the modern low rise Aparthotel Club Simo has a total of 102 one bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 3 floors, and set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking rings and refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, satellite television, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with a games room, an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services, and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with a separate smaller children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities includes a children’s playground and both pool and tables tennis tables.

Of special interest to sports enthusiasts, the Aparthotel Club Simo also features two grass surface football pitches and an artificial grass five-a-side football pitch, along with a volleyball court, 13 hard surface tennis courts and two further squash courts.

Guests staying at the Aparthotel Club Simo also have the opportunity to relax and unwind at the hotels' own Health and Beauty Centre, which features a smaller indoor heated pool with Jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, and fitness centre with aerobic room.
