Built in 1970 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2008, the modern low rise Aparthotel Flacalco Suites has a total of 38 guest rooms, including 24 standard twin rooms and a further 14 one bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 2 floors, and set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces overlooking a central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower and cosmetic magnifying mirror, along with a satellite television, direct dial telephone, refrigerator, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

In addition to the above features, apartments at the Aparthotel Flacalco Suites also have an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking rings and refrigerator, along with a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, and all guest rooms are provided with a maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a reception area with currency exchange desk and luggage rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes an outdoor freshwater swimming pool, with spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
