Built in 1989 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 1999, the modern low rise Aparthotel Parque Nereida has a total of 110 guest rooms, offering a choice of both one and two bedroom self catering apartments and studio flats, all of which are built over 2 floors and set amidst almost 2,000m2 of Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces, around a large central pool area overlooking the sea.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, cosmetic mirror and hairdryer, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator, electric cooking rings and coffee maker, a combined lounge/dining room with two sofa-beds, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental, direct dial telephone and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area or towards the sea.

In addition to the above features, a number of apartments at the Aparthotel Parque Nereida have also been specially adapted for disabled guests, and all rooms are provided with a maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange desk, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, an on-site supermarket, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with separate children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens overlooking the sea which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground and mini club, and both pool and table tennis tables.

Guests staying at the Aparthotel Parque Nereida also have the opportunity to relax and unwind at the hotels' own Health and Fitness Centre, which features a smaller indoor heated swimming pool with cardiovascular gymnasium, as well as offering a variety of other massage treatments.

The Aparthotel Parque Nereida also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment with a children's mini disco, which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows twice each week.
