Built in 1987 and completely renovated during the winter of 2004, the modern low rise Aparthotel Pinos Park has a total of 210 one bedroom apartments and studio flats that are a distributed between three two-storey buildings, and set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area overlooking the sea.

All guest rooms at the hotel come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette, and a combined lounge/dining room with two sofa-beds, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental, direct dial telephone and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area towards the sea. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange desk and luggage rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals with WiFi, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens overlooking the sea which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground and mini club, a 9 hole mini-golf course, 3 petanque courts, a hard surface tennis court, a multi-sports activity area for football and volleyball etc, and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Aparthotel Pinos Park also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring archery, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
