Built in 1971 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2004, the modern Bonanza Club complex has a total of 139 guest rooms, including 39 one bedroom apartments and a further 100 studio flats, which are built over 9 floors and set amidst spacious sub-tropical gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator and two cooking rings, a combined lounge/dining room with sofa beds, direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pools for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Bonanza Club Apartments also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment in the Tropical Bar with a children's mini disco, which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
