The modern low rise Cala de Mar complex has a total of 44 guest rooms, offering a choice of both one and two bedroom self catering apartments and studio flats, which are built over two floors, and set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator, oven and microwave, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds direct dial telephone, satellite television and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once each week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception desk with currency exchange services, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, laundry and medical services, a games room and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a cardiovascular gymnasium with sauna and Jacuzzi, a badminton court, mini golf course and both pool and table tennis tables.
