Extensively refurbished during the winter of 2003, the modern Colonial Parque complex has a total of 135 guest rooms, including 42 one and two bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 7 floors. Many of the apartments on the complex are privately owned and individually furnished to a high standard, and will typically come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with an open plan kitchenette with cooker, microwave oven, fridge/freezer and washing machine, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, direct dial telephone, satellite television with music channels, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the Atlantic Ocean towards the nearby island of La Gomera. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a small rooftop swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
