The 2 key Gomila Park Apartments are situated close to the Paseo Marítimo, in the historic City of Palma on the central south coast of Majorca. The apartments are approximately 2km west of the shopping and historical centre of the city and around 10km from the Son San Joan International Airport. Many of the Palma tourist attractions are only a 15 minute walk from the hotel and the small, sandy Cala Mayor beach is approximately 3km to the south west. Built in 1984 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2004, the modern low rise Gomila Park complex is a small development of 54 self catering studio type apartments, which are distributed between 2 three storey buildings. All apartments are centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with two electric cooking rings and refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room, safety deposit box available for hire, direct dial telephone, satellite television and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week. Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange desk and luggage rooms for late departures, along with a comfortable lounge bar. Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a 35m2 rooftop swimming pool for adults, offering guests panoramic views over the city.
