The 2 key Guinate Apartments are situated around 300 metres from the Playa Grande beach,
in the popular resort of Puerto del Carmen on the southern east coast of Lanzarote. The apartments are approximately
12km south of the capital Arrecife, 8km from the Lanzarote International Airport, and a short walk from the commercial
centre of the resort, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops. Built in 1990 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2002, the modern low rise Guinate complex is a small development of 38 one bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 2 floors around a central pool area. All guest rooms come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, pay per view satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week. Guest facilities on offer includes a reception area with currency exchange services, along with a luggage room for late departures, and a cosy lounge bar. Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a small outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
