Built in 1975 and extensively renovated during the winter of 1992, the low rise Hostel Verimar Pinosmar has a total of 40 guest rooms that are built over 3 floors. All guest rooms at the hostel come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with either a balcony or terrace with exterior views. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guests staying at the Hostel Verimar Pinosmar are welcome to use the facilities of the nearby Hotel Manaus which includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian dishes, as well as a games room, laundry and medical services, and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests at the Hotel Manaus includes an outdoor freshwater swimming pool, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include and children's mini club and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Hotel Manaus also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
