Built in 1972 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2000, the modern Hotel Belvedere has a total of 414 guest rooms, including 398 standard twin rooms and a further 16 singles, which are built over 9 floors and set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the Hotel Belvedere are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with a direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area towards the sea. In addition to the above features, a daily maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with a buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as laundry and medical services, a games room, public internet terminals with high speed WiFi access available in selected areas, and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities includes two outdoor Jacuzzis. along with a children's playground and mini club and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Hotel Belvedere also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring pool games and aqua aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
