Built in 1970 and fully modernised during the winter of 1999, the modern low rise Hotel Diamant has a total 160 guest rooms, which are built over 4 floors, and set amidst almost 10,000m2 of Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower and cosmetic mirror, along with a direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange desk and luggage rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

For business guests, the Hotel Diamant also offers the use of a large air conditioned conference and meeting room, with the capacity to seat a maximum of 15 people, which is fully equipped with a selection of modern audio visual aids.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground and mini club along with a two clay surface tennis courts, a mini golf course, pétanque court and both pool and table tennis tables.

In addition to the above leisure facilities, guests staying at the Hotel Diamant also have the opportunity to relax and unwind at the hotels' own Health and Fitness Centre, which features an additional indoor heated swimming pool with Jacuzzi, cardiovascular gymnasium and sauna, as well as offering a variety of other massage treatments.

The Hotel Diamant also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring rifle shooting, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco, which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.

In recognition of the high standards of customer care and management systems, the Hotel Diamant has been awarded the internationally recognised Spanish Tourism Quality Institute "Q" quality mark which is only granted to establishments which meet the highest standards of continuous improvement in all services.
