Built in 1968 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2000, the Hotel Europa has a total of 134 guest rooms, including 114 twin rooms and a further 20 singles, which are built over 5 floors. All guest rooms at the hotel are centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with either a balcony or terrace with exterior views. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian dishes, as well as a games room, laundry and medical services, safety deposit boxes available for rental, public internet terminals with WiFi in selected areas of the hotel, and a lounge bar with satellite television.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a small freshwater swimming pool, with sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols. The Hotel Europa also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment with disco music several times each week.
