Built in 1970 and fully refurbished during the winter of 1996, the modern low rise Hotel Exagon Park has a total of 285 guest rooms, including 271 standard twin rooms, 5 singles and 9 Suites, along with a further 12 one bedroom self catering apartments and studio flats which are situated in a separate annexe just in front of the main hotel building. The main hotel complex is built over 4 floors, and is set amidst 30,000m2 of Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, hairdryer and cosmetic mirror, along with a satellite television, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

In addition to the above features, apartments and studios at the Hotel Exagon Park, although officially graded as "two keys", also have an open plan kitchenette with a coffee machine and a microwave oven, along with a combined lounge/dining room with sofa beds. All guest rooms at the hotel are also provided with a daily maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian dishes, as well as a games room, laundry and medical services, public internet terminals with WiFi access available in selected areas, and both pool and lounge bars.

For business guests, the Hotel Exagon Park also offers the use of 3 large air conditioned conference and meeting rooms, seating a maximum of 180 people, all of which are fully equipped with a selection of the latest state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with separate children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground and mini club, and both pool and table tennis tables.

For sports enthusiasts, the Hotel Exagon Park also offers the use of 2 hard surface tennis courts with tennis tuition available in English and Swedish, along with a multi-purpose sports activity area suitable for football and volleyball etc, bicycle hire and a putting green for golf practice.

Guests staying at the Hotel Exagon Park also have the opportunity to relax and unwind at the hotels' own Spa and Wellness Centre which features a smaller indoor heated swimming pool with Jacuzzi and hydromassage shower, as well as offering a variety of other cosmetic and beauty treatments.

The Hotel Exagon Park also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring boules, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
