Completely refurbished during the winter of 2010, the modern Hotel Feliz has a total of 44 guest rooms, offering a choice of either standard twin, Superior or Deluxe rooms, as well as the Feliz Suite which has a separate bedroom with a spacious renovated bathroom, a living room with both sofa and a dining area and a terrace with both a sitting area and sun beds, offering guests panoramic views over the bay of Palma towards the Cathedral.

All guest rooms at the hotel are bright and comfortable with a Scandinavian design, and come equipped with air conditioning and central heating or according to the season, along with with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, hairdryer and cosmetic mirror, along with a safety deposit box available for rental, direct dial telephone, flat-screen satellite, a mini bar and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the bay.

In addition to the above features, both the Superior and Deluxe rooms at the Hotel Feliz feature a bathroom with bathrobes and slippers, and all rooms are also provided with a maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a reception area with currency exchange services, along with a luggage room for late departures, and a comfortable lounge bar and restaurant, offering a choice of dishes. For business guests, the Hotel Feliz also offers the use of an air conditioned conference and meeting room, seating 30 persons in classroom style or 50 persons theatre style.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a roof top sun terrace with infinity pool, sun loungers, parasols and Jacuzzi, offering guests panoramic views over the city and the magnificent Bay of Palma. Guests staying at the Hotel Feliz also have the opportunity to relax and unwind at the "Philosophy Spa", which features a selection of treatment rooms with baths and sauna, as well as offering Reiki courses.
