The 1 star Hotel Fleming is situated adjacent to the 65,000m2 Son Veri Forest, and around 400 metres from the beach, in the popular resort of S'Arenal on the central south coast of Majorca. The hotel is approximately 15km east of the capital Palma, 8km east of the Son Sant Joan International airport, and 200 metres from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops. Built in 1970 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 1998, the low rise Hotel Fleming has a total of 31 guest rooms, including 27 twin rooms and a further 4 singles, which are built over 4 floors. All guest rooms at the hotel are centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with either a balcony or terrace with exterior views. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week. Guest facilities on offer include a reception area with currency exchange services and luggage rooms for late departures, along with a lounge bar with satellite television.
