Built in 1997 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2003, the modern Hotel Jacaranda has a total of 563 guest rooms, which are built over 6 floors, and set amidst spacious sub-tropical gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area featuring a spectacular waterfall.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with a direct dial telephone, satellite television with music channels, safety deposit box available for rental, mini bar and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, 5 guest rooms at the Hotel Jacaranda have also been specially adapted for disabled guests, and all rooms are provided with a daily maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar with show cooking, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals with WiFi access in selected areas of the hotel, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes 4 large outdoor freshwater swimming pools for adults, along with a further 2 smaller children's splash pools, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground and mini club, along with a hard surface tennis court, a multi-sports activity area for beach volleyball, badminton, beach tennis and soccer etc and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Hotel Jacaranda also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring rifle shooting, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment, with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
