Built in 1988 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2005, the modern Hotel Paradise Park Resort and Spa has a total of 384 guest rooms, offering a choice of one bedroom self catering apartments, standard twin rooms, with or without lounge areas, as well as a further 52 Junior Suites, all of which are distributed between a 7 storey main building and a smaller 4 storey annexe, and set amidst spacious sub-tropical gardens and sun terraces, around a large central pool area overlooking the Atlantic Ocean towards the old fishing port of Los Cristianos and the nearby island of La Gomera.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with a direct dial telephone, flat screen plasma satellite television with music channels, safety deposit box available for rental, mini bar and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area towards the sea.

In addition to the above features, 4 guest rooms at Hotel Paradise Park Resort and Spa have also been specially adapted for disabled guests, and all rooms are provided with a maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar with show cooking, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals with WiFi access available in selected areas of the hotel, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

For business guests, the Hotel Paradise Park Resort and Spa also offers the use of 3 large air conditioned conference and meeting rooms, seating a maximum of 100 people, all of which are equipped with a selection of modern audio visual aids.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes 2 large outdoor freshwater swimming pools for adults, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a cardiovascular gymnasium and both pool and table tennis tables.

Guests staying at the Hotel Paradise Park Resort and Spa also have the opportunity to relax and unwind at the hotels own Spa and Wellness Centre, which features a Jacuzzi for 8 people along with 4 whirlpool beds, as well as offering a variety of cosmetic and beauty treatments including yoga, belly dancing and pilates classes.

The Hotel Paradise Park Resort and Spa also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment in the Yaiza lounge, with either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
