Built in 1965 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2003, the modern Hotel Pelinor has a total of 73 guest rooms, including 56 standard twin rooms and a further 17 singles, which are built over 7 floors. All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with a direct dial telephone, satellite television, mini bar, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with public internet terminals with WiFi access available in selected areas, and a cafeteria offering a breakfast service. For business guests, the Hotel Pelinor also offers the use of a large air conditioned conference and meeting room, seating a maximum of 30 people, which is equipped with a selection of modern audio visual aids.
