Built in 1970 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2002, the modern Aparthotel Sunna Park has a total of 131 guest rooms, including 125 double rooms, 6 singles and a further 52 one bedroom self catering apartments, all of which are distributed between two separate 6 storey buildings and set amidst almost 2,500m2 of Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with a direct dial telephone, satellite television, mini-bar, safety deposit box available for rental and either a terrace or balcony, many of which have exterior views over the garden and pool area towards the sea. In addition to the above, apartments on the complex also have an open plan kitchenette with two electric rings, microwave oven and fridge, as well as a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds. All guest rooms on the complex are also provided with a maid service undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, along with a games room, luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, public internet terminals, an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children's pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a smaller indoor heated pool with gymnasium, sauna, Jacuzzi and therapeutic massage saloons, along with both squash and clay surface tennis courts, a children's playground and both pool and table tennis tables.
