Built in 1993 and fully refurbished during the winter of 2004, the modern Aparthotel Vista Badia has a total of 250 self catering apartments and studio flats, that are built over 4 floors and set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces.

All guest rooms on the complex are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with a kitchenette with two electric rings, microwave, toaster and fridge, lounge with additional sofa beds, as well as a safety deposit box available for rental, direct dial telephone, satellite television and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have pool and garden views. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, along with a luggage room, laundry service, public internet terminals, games room, as well as a choice of air conditioned buffet style restaurants offering guests both international and local cuisine, and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests include a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's section, and sun terraces furnished with loungers and parasols, as well as a smaller indoor heated pool open during the cooler winter months, with Jacuzzi, sauna and gymnasium. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground, mini club and a multi-purpose sports pitch for volleyball and football etc. The Aparthotel Vista Badia also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities and evening entertainment with live music, cabaret and other professional shows several times each week.

Guests staying at the Aparthotel Vista Badia are also welcome to use the sporting and leisure facilities at the nearby "Sa Coma Sports Club" complex which includes 18 clay surface tennis courts, available both for the beginner and the more experienced player, along with the 54 hole "Golf Paradis" mini golf course, two squash courts and a 25,000 m2 golf driving range with bunkers and putting green.
