Built in 1987, the modern low rise Lanzarote Park complex has a total of 332 self catering apartments and studio flats that are distributed between three 3 storey semi-circular interconnected buildings, and set amidst spacious sub-tropical gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area overlooking Atlantic Ocean towards the nearby islands of Fuerteventura and Lobos.

All apartments on the complex come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator and a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or a terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area towards the sea. In addition to the above features, a daily maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar with show cooking, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals with WiFi access available in selected areas of the hotel, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes 4 large outdoor freshwater swimming pools for adults, with a further 3 smaller children's splash pools, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground and mini club, along with 2 artificial grass tennis courts, 2 squash courts, a cardiovascular gymnasium and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Iberostar Lanzarote Park Apartments also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring boules, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
