Built in 1985 and extensively refurbished during August 2004, the modern low rise Isla De Lobos complex is a small development of 26 one and two bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 2 floors around a central pool area.

All guest rooms come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with an open plan kitchenette with digital vitro electric hob, microwave oven with grill, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, crockery, and luxury cutlery, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, pay per view satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures. Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes an outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, and spacious sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
