The 3 key Island Village Heights Apartments are situated around 1km from the Playa de Torviscas beach, in the Torviscas Alto district of the popular resort of Costa Adeje on the south west coast of Tenerife. The apartments are approximately 20km west of the Reina Sofia International Airport, and a short walk from the commercial centre of the resort where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1990 and extensively renovated during the winter of 2003, the modern low rise Island Village Heights complex has a total of 180 one and two bedroom self catering apartments, which are distributed between 5 four storey zones, each with its own swimming pool, all of which are then set amidst spacious sub-tropical gardens and sun terraces overlooking the Atlantic Ocean towards the nearby island of La Gomera.

All of the apartments at the Island Village Heights are privately owned, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, Jacuzzi bath, bidet and toilet, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator, freezer, hob, oven, microwave, breakfast bar, ironing board and iron, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, a direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area towards the sea. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with 4 air conditioned buffet style restaurants and snack bars, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes 6 large outdoor freshwater swimming pools for adults, with integrated children's sections, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
