Built in 1985 and extensively renovated during the winter of 2004, the modern low rise Mirgay II complex is a small development of 8 one bedroomed self catering apartments that built over 4 floors. Each apartment is either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and comes equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with fridge, and a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, safety deposit box available for rental, telephone, satellite television and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a reception area with currency exchange services, along with a games room, an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, laundry and medical services and bar.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a small outdoor freshwater swimming pool with sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. The Mirgay II Apartments also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment with either live music, cabaret or other professional shows twice a week.
