Built in 1953 and fully renovated during the winter of 1999, the low rise Niza complex is a small development of 10 self catering studio flats that are built over 2 floors. All guest rooms on the complex are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator, and a combined lounge/dining room with direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels and bed linen once a week.

Guests staying at the Niza Apartments are welcome to use the guest facilities of the nearby Hotel Mar y Pins which includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange desk, luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, snack bar, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests at the Hotel Mar y Pins includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with spacious sun terraces and gardens overlooking the bay, which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities includes a smaller indoor heated swimming pool, open during the cooler winter months, with Jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath, as well a children's play area and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Hotel Mar y Pins also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment with either live music, cabaret or other professional shows twice each week.
