Although being a fairly well established resort destination on Tenerife, Playa Paraiso does not as yet benefit from the presence of tourist information offices in the town. In recognition of the somewhat isolated location of Playa Paraiso, many of the hotels in the resort do actually run courtesy buses into nearby Playa de las Americas throughout most of the day and well into the early evening. This service is then supplemented every hour by the Transportes Interurbanos de Tenerife Linea 473 bus, which for the very brave or experienced traveller runs through Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos onto Las Galletas/Costa del Silencio, which are both on the south east coast of the island. The short journey into Playa de las Americas is very reasonable at around 1.80€ each way, when compared to an average cost of 10€ for the same trip by taxi.
