Part of the Orly Group of hotels, the 3 key Pueblo Marineros Apartments have an enviable front line location
overlooking the Rubicon Marina in the quiet Las Colorades district of the popular resort of Playa Blanca on
the southern coast of Lanzarote. The apartments are approximately 35km south of the capital Arrecife and the
Lanzarote International Airport, and 1km from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a good
selection of bars, restaurants and shops. Built in 2004, the modern low rise Pueblo Marineros complex has a total of 81 one bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 2 floors, and set amidst spacious sub-tropical gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area overlooking the Atlantic Ocean towards the nearby islands of Fuerteventura and Lobos. All guest rooms on the complex come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave oven, a combined lounge/dining room with with additional sofa beds, direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area towards the sea. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week. Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars. Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes 2 large outdoor freshwater swimming pools for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground, as well as a hard surface tennis court, a multi-sports activity area for football and volleyball etc, and both pool and table tennis tables. Guests staying at the Pueblo Marineros Apartments also have the opportunity to relax and unwind at the hotels own leisure facility, which features a small cardiovascular gymnasium, sauna, Turkish bath and open air Jacuzzi.
