Built in 1986 and extensively renovated during the winter of 2005, the modern low rise Ses Cases d'or complex is a small development of 31 two storey villas that are built in a traditional Mediterranean style around a central pool and garden area.

All guest rooms on the complex are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooker and fridge, and a combined lounge/dining room with two sofa-beds, dining table, satellite television, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guests staying at the Ses Cases d'or Apartments have access to the facilities of the nearby Aparthotel Club Marthas which includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, along with a games room, an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, television lounge, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities at the Aparthotel Club Marthas also includes a choice of 3 large outdoor freshwater swimming pools with separate children's pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a smaller indoor heated swimming pool, open during the cooler winter months along with a children's playground and mini club, tennis courts and a multi sports activity area for football, volley ball and basketball etc.

The Aparthotel Club Marthas also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring rifle shooting, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
