Part of the Hotelera Pollensina Group of hotels, the 3 star Aparthotel Villa Concha is situated around 300 metres
from the beach, in the quiet Pinaret district of the popular resort of Puerto Pollensa on the north west coast of
Majorca. The hotel is approximately 60km north west of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport,
and around 800 metres from the centre of the resort where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops. Built in 1986 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2004, the modern low rise Aparthotel Villa Concha has a total of 114 guest rooms, including 94 one bedroom self catering apartments and a further 20 studio flats, which are built over 3 floors, and set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces overlooking a large central pool area. All guest rooms at the Aparthotel Villa Concha are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric hob, microwave oven and refrigerator, as well as a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental, satellite television, and either a balcony or terraces, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception desk with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar with show cooking, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars. Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities includes a children's playground and mini club and both pool and table tennis tables. The Aparthotel Villa Concha also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring water polo, games and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco, which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
